Oliver provides tailored strategic and commercial advice on a diverse range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, immunotherapies, gene therapies, RNA therapeutics and diagnostic biomarkers. He has considerable experience in mRNA technology, particularly vaccine formulation, having supported a large international litigation relating to COVID-19 vaccines.
Oliver has experience in providing in-house counsel, having been seconded to a large multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company. Oliver also possesses valuable industrial experience having worked in antibody discovery at UCB prior to becoming a patent attorney.
