At Evolve, we have therefore chosen to build our own AI solutions as opposed to rely on third-party software providers providing generalised off-the-shelf solutions. Our use of AI follows our strict professional code of conduct as patent attorneys, including maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and data security for our clients’ data. Our sophisticated workflows also ensure that all client work products generated by AI remain meticulously reviewed, interpreted, and verified by a qualified patent attorney. Additionally, we will only use generative AI in connection with a client’s confidential information after establishing consent.
